Privacy notice
ASH Group collects the information you submit in our request forms, including contact details, service information and any documents you choose to upload. We use it to review your enquiry, contact you, prepare a response and verify submitted payment receipts.
Classroom and adult enquiries
CSEC practice is available without providing an adult phone number or agreeing to insurance contact. Practice records store the topic, answers, score and selected school, plus a browser identifier used to limit school points. School rankings display aggregates only. A shared result link reveals only the topic, score and date; anyone with the link can view it. Class challenges may display the first name or nickname and score to people with the class code.
Parents, guardians and educators can voluntarily submit their own number and choose a response channel. Classroom-support permission is separate from optional financial-planning permission. We record the consent wording, version and time. Adult roles are self-declared, not identity-verified. Numbers are private and not offered for sale. Only enquiries with financial-planning permission may be passed to our authorised financial follow-up automation; support-only details are not used for insurance marketing. Contact us to withdraw permission or request deletion, subject to legal obligations.
Documents and access
Submitted records and documents are stored privately, not in a public gallery. Only authorised personnel and relevant service providers involved in your request should access them. Do not send passwords, card numbers or unrelated sensitive details.
Sharing and retention
We may share information with insurance providers, advisers or service partners where needed to respond to your enquiry, and where required by law. We retain information as necessary for service delivery, record-keeping and legal obligations. You can ask about access, correction or deletion, subject to those obligations.
